Manning’s 31-yard touchdown pass to Demaryius Thomas on third-and-goal in the fourth quarter was his second of the game and the third of the season.
The fourth was a 19-yard TD pass to DeMarcus Ware.
The Broncos have won four straight games, and Manning threw for 3,937 yards and 35 touchdowns and ran for 667 yards and five scores.
The Denver Broncos are 11-0 and will face the Los Angeles Chargers on Sunday at home in the AFC title game.
The Broncos, who finished 7-5 last season, have lost three straight to the San Diego Chargers, including two in overtime.
They are also 9-5 against teams with winning records.
They have won two straight in Los Angeles.
